Our villa rental rates are weekly, and quoted in Pounds Sterling.

Nightly rate from £250 per night 2-4 guests supplement for extra pp per night £60 Minimum booking is 3 nights. FAMILY RATE \| 2 adults + 2 children (under 12) = £1500 per week. \| Third person supplement - £125 Check with owner for special offers and late bookings The Mahogany Ridge Villa is also available for longer term rental. Damage Deposit

A damage deposit of £300 or US$500 or TT$3000 is to be paid on arrival and refunded on departure after inventory check.
We work on an honour system and expect guests to tell us of any breakages or damages so that the cost can be deducted from the deposit and the house remains perfect for the next guests. If departure is late at night or early in the morning, this deposit will be held until the villa is checked. In this case the monies will be transferred to an account of your choice.

Cancellation Policy

More than 60 days before arrival - loss of 10% of rental cost
30-59 days before arrival –loss of 50% of rental cost
15-29 days before arrival – loss of 80% of rental cost
Less than 14 days before arrival – loss of 100% of rental cost.

Arrival & Departure

Check in: 4pm
Check Out: 11am
Guests will be met at the airport by rental car company if booked. You will be accompanied up to the house. That way you have a relaxed first drive and find your way with ease.

Exclusion of Liability

The owners of The Pink House accept no liability for guests and their belongings for the duration of their stay. It is the responsibility of guests to take out appropriate insurances and otherwise to take measures to ensure their safety and protection during their stay.
